Nursing
Full/Partime, PRN
Nurses (RN) create plans of care for each of our patients and work to provide a coordination of care that best meets the patient's needs. LPN/LVN's coordinate care under the supervision of an RN and the plan of care in place for the patient. Learning to coordinate care in a naturally remote environment is unique to home health and provides an inherent level of trust in the clinicians that any future employer knows to indicate integrity on the part of any clinician with home health experience.
Physical Therapy
Full/Partime, PRN
Physical Therapists (PT) assess patients and create plans of care to meet the needs of each individual patient on their road to recovery. Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) care for patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to coordinate the best possible care for each patient.
Occupational Therapy
Full/Partime, PRN
Occupational Therapists (OT) assess patients and create plans of care to meet the needs of each individual patient on their road to recovery. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) care for patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to coordinate the best possible care for each patient.
Speech Therapy
Full/Partime, PRN
Speech Therapists (ST) assess patients and create plans of care to meet the needs of each individual patient on their road to recovery. Speech therapists work in coordination with all other clinicians providing the most comprehensive care for our patients.
Certified Nursing Aide, Home Health Aide
Full/Partime, PRN
Certified Nursing Aide/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) is a key component to effective and compassionate home health care. We value the work and the time our CNA/HHA team members spend providing the assistance with self-care and maintenance that is difficult for an ailing patient.
