Our Story
Integrity Home Health was opened by a husband and wife who immigrated to the US to start a business together where they could make a difference to patients in need of care. The company was acquired in 2018 by a business partnership looking for the right company that had a vision and purpose they shared. Integrity has proven to be a place where the family values it started on are in every part of the agency.

Surgery can be anxiety-provoking and aftercare can sometimes be daunting. Our team of skilled clinicians have all that you need to succeed at home. Orthopedic, wound care, and many other services are ways in which we can help our valued clients stay in their homes and experience optimal recovery.
— Skilled Nursing —
A nurse can help in the comfort of your own home. Did you know that it’s possible to have a nurse teach you how to administer your own IV antibiotics? Our home health nurses are highly skilled in wound care, IVs, cardiac teaching, and surgical aftercare.
— Physical & Occupational Therapy —
Our physical therapists and physical therapy assistants are here to assist you with rebuilding strength. Physical therapists can help you succeed in your home by teaching proper technique in transferring, walking safely with and without a walker, and many other exercises to get you functioning at the optimal level. Occupational therapists can help with activities of daily living that can sometimes be compromised after an event like surgery or a stroke.
— Speech Therapy —
After a stroke, a speech therapist can help with learning to swallow and speak again. A speech therapist can also assist with many other diseases and illnesses such as Parkinson’s Disease.
— Home Health Aid —
At the heart of home health, there is the home health aide. In times of health complications, bathing and showering can sometimes become difficult. Our kind and compassionate home health aides can help you with routine hygiene practices and other activities of daily living. Dignity and respect is of upmost importance.

Do You Have Other Services Available That Aren't Listed?
We offer all skilled services. This includes therapies, nursing, and home health aides (bathing, dressing, assistance in activities of daily living). However, these services require that our patients have a diagnosis that fulfills the requirements under ACHC and CGS (Medicare). If you are wondering if you or your loved one meets these requirements, please call our office and speak with our Director of Nursing to get your questions answered.

Who Should I Contact If I Have A Referral?
If you are confident that you or your loved one requires services, contact your primary care physician and let them know you would like services with Integrity Home Health. They will see that the correct documentation is sent to our office so we can start care. You can always reach out to our Intake Team by calling the main office (303) 597-0505 and they will help you along the way.

What If I Don't See My Insurance Provider Listed?
It is most likely the case that we will not be able to take you or your loved one under our care. You are always welcome to call our front desk (303) 597-0505 to see if we have not updated our insurance list and if yours is acceptable.

Can I Request My Own Healthcare Nurse Or Aide?
We staff clinicians according to the area of coverage, availability, and skill set. However, we always respect requests of the patient as much as we are able to do so.
Do You Service All Of Colorado Or Just The Denver Metro Area?
We service Arapahoe, Denver, Jefferson, and Adams counties.

How Do You Bill Your Patients And/Or Customers?
We always bill your insurance company first and in the rare cases that a co-pay or deductible is due, you will receive a bill via mail/email according to your preferences which you can then pay by mail, phone, or online.
